Communication is vitally important at Hume-Fogg, since so many interactions occur in the virtual environment. The Hume-Fogg Association p- parents and students as needed. EVRITS is a secure platform, insured and bonded, and data is never shared outside the system. MNPS family information is input at the beginning of the year and is authorized for use by MNPS.
How do we use EVRITS information? The EVRITS database is unique and used for our school’s online directory, as a listserv, and for our INVEST fundraiser.
The PTO also uses EVRITS to send a weekly E-Newsletter. EVRITS information is never shared with third parties or sold.

● See your child’s homeroom class by teacher
● Look up phone numbers
● You always control your personal information
● Our teachers are familiar with this system and are comfortable with using it

What do you need to do now?
Returning Families or Families that used EVRITS at another school:
● Log in to EVRITS and verify your information is correct. Follow the directions below, review your family information for accuracy or to make changes.
● Go To https://hfadirectory.evrits.com
● If you already receive correspondence from the school, use the email where you receive school email as your username. If you forgot your password or need to create one, follow the links in the left column to “change password.”
Families New to EVRITS:
● If you have never used the EVRITS online directory select: “Don't have an account".
● If we do not have your email address, enter your email address and the Security Code “welcometohfa”
● Click “Continue” and an invitation and instructions will be sent to your email.
